Happy 4-Year Lumaversary, Michelle Berzack! 🎉💜
Technology can be taught. But making someone feel cared for while they’re learning it? That takes a special person. For four years, Michelle has been that person for so many of our Luma customers.
Every day, she brings patience, care, compassion, and a passion for education to the people she supports. She doesn’t simply show customers how our technology works. She takes the time to help them understand it, feel comfortable with it, and become confident using it. She reminds us of something we believe deeply at Luma: There is always a human being on the other side of technology.
Sometimes people need an answer. Sometimes they need another explanation. And sometimes they simply need someone who will listen and care. Michelle does all three. 💜 Over the past four years, she has built relationships, solved problems, celebrated customer successes, supported her teammates, and helped make Luma feel like more than a technology company.
Michelle, thank you for caring so deeply about the people we serve and for bringing your heart to this work every single day. We are incredibly grateful for you!
