I had a fun opportunity to paint at Cosley Zoo today! I grew up going to this zoo so it was really special getting to paint there. They’ve got the prettiest duck pond with so many different ducks, and I spent my morning doing 3 little paintings of them! The sleeping ducks stayed still a bit longer so that was definitely easier to capture 😄

Three 6x8 gouache studies are being added to my shop right now! $150 each and 20% gets donated to the zoo 💚

I was planning to paint there again tomorrow but the forecast is looking pretty rainy so tbd!
