Spent a real day off yesterday for the first time in a while. Finished the fallout show, watched the road house movie, played fallout new vegas for 2 hours while sitting on the floor like I did in 2010. It was a great day. Today I’m watching political themed TikTok videos and trying not to cry about the injustice in the world while doing cardio…not as fun but still necessary.

Went to the park for my morning workout this time. Felt pretty great.

My good friend drew this (and many other characters) 24 year ago. He can’t show it to anyone because he pasted away 16 years ago. The last thing I drew before I quit doing any form of art was Dragonball Z characters. Dragonball Z was the first show that made me realize I could enjoy art. It was what got me into anime. Dragonball Z was the reason I started doing push ups and sits up in the 5th grade. It definitely shaped who I am in some way. I haven’t really enjoyed Akira Toriyama‘s works in over 10 years but I can’t deny the impact he’s had on my life and most likely a billion other people’s as well. It’s sad news and all I can think about is about any more works he would have made if he wouldn’t have died.

Thinking about my life back then I’m in almost identical physical fitness. My bench is down from here but my deadlift and squat are up. My elbow pain started 2 years before this first picture was taken so that mean I’ve been living with it for 12 years now….crazy.
