We've received about half a dozen calls about issues relating to this outage just this morning. Ultimately, the issue at hand is on Amazon's side, so there's no use in troubleshooting issues connected to it until the outage is resolved on their end.

It looks like they're close to resolving the issue. If you were majorly affected by this outage and would like to investigate other services that don't rely on AWS, please feel free to reach out.
