It was a flaming great birthday celebration at Flamin' Thai in NE Minneapolis. Happy Birthday to Sandy and Nina.

When the right people don't get the right information, the consequences are real.

Participation stalls. Resources go unused. Enrollment lags. Preventive action declines. Trust weakens. Misinformation fills the vacuum.

These aren't just communication failures. They're human ones.

Ripple OutReach™ from Neka Creative is built to reach the people most often missed—because better outreach leads to better outcomes.

There's a version of efficiency that's just waste with better-looking spreadsheets. Optimizing for cost-per-impression sounds smart until you realize you've spent a significant budget reaching people who didn't need the message while the people who did never saw it.

Real efficiency is intentional investment in reaching the right people at the moments when information gaps are greatest. Not cheaper. Smarter.

That's the Ripple OutReach™ standard.

Neka Creative celebrated another Christmas in July. Once again, we had a jolly good time at Chianti Grill in Roseville. Only one steal in the white elephant gift exchange. Wonder which one it was?

Traditional media doing its thing. Digital running its own campaign. Community partners handed a toolkit and left to figure it out.

Nobody's talking to each other. The message drifts. The audience gets three versions of what should have been one clear story.

This happens because campaigns are built as collections of tactics instead of unified systems. Ripple OutReach™ from Neka Creative is one coordinated model. Every channel working together.

Neka Creative was proud to lead a multiple agency consortium in the statewide effort to help the Minnesota Department of Health raise awareness of the effects of cannabis usage with youth and guardians. Together, we launched the well-received “BE CANNABIS AWARE” campaign. Our thanks go to our talented partners (Nemer Fieger, Grace Multicultural, Nativ, and Khoo Consulting) for playing well in the sandbox with us.

Most campaigns are designed to get a message in front of people. Very few are designed to move people from awareness all the way to action. And in that gap lives all the real work.

Does it feel like it's for them? Do they trust the source? Can they realistically act? Do they know what to do next?

These aren't afterthoughts. They are the campaign.

Ripple OutReach™ from Neka Creative maps the full journey. Every step. Every barrier. Every decision point. Learn more at nekacreative.com/ripple-outreach

Only 34% of Americans trust government institutions to act in their best interest. That number should stop every government communicator in their tracks.

It means a government logo on a message creates skepticism before a single word is read. Institutional accuracy isn't enough. You need relational credibility.

Ripple OutReach™ activates trusted community messengers who speak the language of trust in the dialect their communities understand.

That's how skepticism becomes action.

Another Neka Creative birthday extravaganza. This time, with Ecuadorian flair, at Chimborazo in NE Minneapolis. We loved celebrating our birthday girls--Rosemary and Kara.

You can have the most accurate health message in the world.

If the messenger isn't trusted, it won't land.

Many communities carry real, justified skepticism of healthcare institutions. That history doesn't disappear when a new campaign launches.

That's why Ripple OutReach™ activates community-embedded connectors who carry trust before they carry a message.

Trust isn't a nice-to-have in health outreach. It's the whole infrastructure. Learn more at nekacreative.com/ripple-outreach
