Your Business May Not Have a Visibility Problem

You're posting. You're showing up. You're telling people what you offer.

But are the right people seeing themselves in your message?

For many health and wellness practitioners, the problem isn't that they're invisible.

It's that potential clients can't quickly tell who you help, what problem you solve, why your approach is different, or what to do next.

Before you create another post, look at your business through the eyes of someone discovering you for the first time.

Would they immediately know, “This is for me”?

Visibility works much better when it starts with clarity.

Your Best New Offer May Already Be Sitting in Your Business

One of my favorite things to do with a business isn't create something new.

It's look at what they already have differently.

A worksheet can become part of a workshop. A process you've repeated for years can become a service. Knowledge sitting in your head can become a guide. Several disconnected services might become one offer that's much easier for a customer to understand.

I've spent years doing this with products, information and services, and I've learned to ask a different question:

Before we create something else, what do you already have that we're not using to its full potential?

Look at what your customers repeatedly ask you for. Look at the processes you've developed. Look at the information you've created once and forgotten about.

Sometimes the next source of revenue isn't something new.

It's recognizing the value of something you've already built.

When you started your business, you probably had a pretty clear picture of what you wanted it to give you and be.

Maybe it was more freedom.

Maybe you wanted control over your time.

Maybe you wanted to make more money, build something of your own or create something you could eventually pass down.

Then you got busy running the business.

Customers. Marketing. Social media. Expenses. Emails. Problems to solve. Things that need to get done today.

And that original vision can slowly get buried underneath all of it.

This is one of the reasons I believe getting visible starts with getting clear.

Before you worry about what to post, which platform you should be on or what marketing tactic you should try next, go back to the beginning.

What did you want this business to make possible for your life?

Is that still what you want?

Because if the answer is yes, the next question is whether the business you're building today is actually taking you there.

That's where I would start.
