What we believe:
• People first. Structure second. Progress always.
• If it’s not documented, it didn’t happen.
• The tool is not the service — ex*****on is.
• NIST for everyone; HIPAA/CJIS/IRS 1075 where needed.
• Transparency wins: pay bands, career ladders, clear promises.
How we operate:
• The Grind: a real 10-year mastery ladder (time + certs).
• Human-led audits every month, on purpose, on paper.
• RAIF economics: pay people, protect culture, fund R&D.
• Quest System: we reward the unglamorous work that keeps clients safe.
• Tool Lore: Toolmasters, Tool Council, and paid Bounty Hunters for innovation.
Promises to clients:
• Flat, fair pricing. No surprise invoices.
• One tech who actually knows you.
• Audits you can hand to an auditor.
• Security by default (MFA, backups, logs, incident flow).
• Exit with honor: if you grow enough to hire “your” tech, we’ll help.
Promises to techs:
• Visible ladder. Real mentorship. Burnout prevention is policy.
• Pay clarity.
• Get paid for ideas (bounties + revenue share).
The line we draw:
No silent heroics. No cowboy configs. No fear of sunlight. We tell the truth, fix the root, and write down what we learned.
