"Its like an explosion, we can't just keep ignoring it, it has to go somewhere & eventually.."

God put this vision of this work on my heart and I could not put it down, even when I was to afraid to carry it. Today I sat with someone as they moved through their own experience with this work.

A moment in time that would have been made in silence.

When a tree falls in the forest it does make a sound, the earth trembles and shakes, the earth mourns the loss, then from this loss, life takes shape in other forms.

To my Live Oak team, It meant so much to me to have you all there. You have each experienced seperate parts and pieces of this journey but I hope you know that I have loved each and everyone of you. There were a few other Live Oakers who arent in this photo who also showed up on Friday, and my heart is so full of gratitude and love. Thank you for making this such a full circle and healing moment for me.

I pray that you show yourself compassion and grace as you reach for your goals and dreams, I hope you know that you are capable of those big dreams that may scare you:) you deserve the life you dream about, and you deserve all the space yo stretch out and be exactly who you are.
