A travel platform is still a product.

Before You’re There may look like a Miami travel brand from the outside, but the actual design work sits deeper than the visuals.

It needed product strategy, UX architecture, web design, AI assistant flow, content structure, intake logic, and a clear conversion path from “I need help planning my trip” to an actual inquiry.

That is usually where digital products either start working or quietly fall apart.

The homepage had to explain the service fast.
The content had to build trust before asking for anything.

The AI assistant had to collect useful planning data without feeling like a stiff form.

The inquiry flow had to support real human follow-up.

Brand, UX, UI, content, AI logic, and launch ex*****on all had to behave like one system.

We’re excited to introduce a new Miami travel planning platform designed and developed by Bondesign.

Before You’re There was created to help visitors discover the version of Miami that fits their trip: the right hotel atmosphere, the right neighborhood, the right one-day plan, the right pre-cruise experience, and the kind of local perspective that makes a stay feel more personal.

For this project, Bondesign shaped the complete digital experience, including brand identity, content strategy, UX/UI design, website development, and the integration of Mia, an AI travel assistant that helps travelers explore their options and receive an initial trip estimate.
