I had KSith Saber Fonts's saber in this batch and wanted to thank him one more time for bringing this, and all my other runs, to life with premium bassy fonts.

His saber was outside of the nomenclature, basically the second prototype, so I wanted his plaque/pommel to have his name on them.

Ok guys, calling it a day on these...

2 trips to the post office for a total of 33 sabers went out today. 4 installs today also.

Workstation all cleaned up and ready for the next round.

This weekend I'll start work on the 8 clean saber Crystal Chamber installs (see pic with your name).

Pay no attention to the "real quartz" note I have by names, everyone is getting them.

Sunday I'll be taking off to go to the Kansas City renaissance fair with my wife and brother-in-law but will be right back at it on Monday.

I "think" I can get through the 8 installs tomorrow.

I have a few more to put labels on and then I'm going to start in on the clean saber Eco installs.

I'll fall back now and start printing labels and reaching out for balances. On these in particular. Some of you have reached out to me preemptively, so thank you for that.

One heat stained emitter request for Brady on his empty pictured.

We don't airbrush titanium around here- we send it to the depths of hell with map gas and then bring it back to life to be boxed up 🔥

A quick note on the brass chambers- they are tight in the sabers and this is by design. The retention screw for them was meant to be a "piece of mind" thing, not the thing you rely on to hold it in place.

Twist them gently out and when you install them just twist them back and forth gently all the way in.

Yeah... so that's Splinter on the printer there 😂

Calling it a day- I got through 16 of the empties going out tonight- all on the list there down to Pam.

I'll get the other 9 empties done tomorrow and fall back to print labels and get ahold of people for the remainder of saber and shipping.

For context, this is what happens to each one..

- unpack
- unwrap from cellophane wrap
- check all alignments
- etch the pommel
- wipe saber down (see below)
- insert appropriate plaque and business card
- repack

The cellophane left a slight residue on each one that is easily wiped off with a microfiber cloth... but that's my job, not yours, so they all get cleaned.

I have a lot of work to do so the next posts over the few days will be progress photos.

I've decided to etch the inside on the pommels with the serial numbers because I liked that look better (more crisp if that makes sense).
