Due to some recent events, the Booking and Cancellation policies are updated to the following.
This information will also be available on my website. If you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact me.
Booking Policy:
To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot before the session begins.
• Deposit Amount: 50% of the total session fee ($125 for the session, plus any additional edits)
• Payment Methods Accepted: (Insert payment options you accept, such as PayPal, Venmo, etc.)
• The deposit secures your scheduled session time and ensures priority.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
I understand that life can get busy, and sometimes cancellations or rescheduling are necessary. However, please note the following:
• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. In this case, your deposit will be credited toward a future session, or you can reschedule for another available time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: If the session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• No-shows: If you do not show up to your scheduled session and fail to notify me, the entire amount for the session is due, and no rescheduling will be allowed.
Exceptions:
In cases of emergency (e.g., medical emergencies, personal crises), I am happy to work with you on rescheduling. Please provide documentation if applicable.

Additional Information:
• Extra Edits: Each session includes 5 edited photos. Any additional edited photos are $25 each.
• Timely Payments: Full payment is due on the day of the shoot before the session begins. No photos will be delivered without full payment.
