Oh, “Bob, how much is a system?” Glad you asked (and let’s be honest …in your head you asked lol).

It depends on your house. An average 2 bathroom house uses 10 sensors and costs $1,500. Typically 3 sensors in a kitchen, 2 sensors per bathroom, water heater, and washing machine. Optionally a sensor to alert you if your freezer fails and a sensor to alert you If your sump pump fails.

In my own house, I have 18 sensors but having had two major water damage events prior to creating this system I am understandably a bit cautious 🙂

It’s cheap insurance - maybe less than your deductible. And a small leak will stay small rather than catastrophic.

Water leak from the humidifier. Our system notified me on my phone and automatically shut the water off.
