We loved getting to spend time together in person and show off the beautiful homes we’ve been working on. ❤️

A Little Courtesy Goes a Long Way!

This morning, the vehicle pictured drove through our private business parking lot and ran over part of our landscaped flower bed, damaging the edging and leaving the area a mess.

We understand that accidents happen, and we’re not asking the driver to pay for the damage. However, it would have been nice if they had taken a moment to get out of their truck, assess the damage, and at least make an effort to put things back in place instead of simply driving away.

We work hard to keep our business and property looking nice, and it’s disappointing when someone damages it without taking responsibility.

Just a friendly reminder: Our parking lot is private property, and we do have security cameras. We ask that everyone who enters our property please be respectful of our landscaping and surroundings.

We also want to remind everyone that parking in our lot after business hours is not permitted without prior notification and permission. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Our parking lot is intended for our business, employees, and customers.

We’re not trying to make a big deal out of a few damaged landscaping blocks, but we do believe in respecting other people’s property and taking responsibility for our actions.

A little common courtesy goes a long way! Thank you to everyone who respects our business and property.

A wonderful evening celebrating great design and craftsmanship at the 2026 Hill Country Parade of Homes Awards Gala! 🏆

This was a special project for us at Arellano Custom Designs. We had the pleasure of designing the home, and Todd and Staci with Pura Vida Homes & Design Inc. brought that vision to life!

We’re proud to have contributed to a home recognized with 2nd Place for Architectural Elevation!

It’s a privilege to collaborate with talented builders, designers, and tradespeople who make projects like this possible. 👏

Western Infinity View windows and Western sliders capture Lake Travis and the surrounding oaks at this custom home in Austin, Texas. 📍

12-foot ceilings add to the spacious feel, and with drywall texture complete, we’re one step closer to seeing it all come together. 🏡🔨
