Driven by the absence of optimal charging and cooling solutions for the ROG Ally, I have embarked on designing a specialized dock that meets specific functional requirements. This dock's notable features include a 120mm PC case fan for maintaining the Ally's temperature, a multi-functional USB-C hub that supports power delivery, facilitates HDMI output to external displays, includes additional USB ports, and incorporates an SD card slot for storage expansion. The dock's design ensures a clutter-free setup with a single USB-C cable providing power and charging the Ally. Following an extensive testing period, the dock has performed satisfactorily. It will be customizable in color and manufactured based on orders. Its applicability extends to the Steam Deck and Legion Go, enhancing its utility. I am addressing the issue with the blurry images to ensure they are represented clearly.

A while back I had this incredible idea for a PC build that I just had to bring to life. I've been hearing people call the newer style PC cases with glass side panels Fish Tank cases. I decided to run with that and build a Fish Tank PC that showcases innovation. I think it turned out fantastic!

With the original Pi-powered NAS having operated successfully for several weeks, the development of version 2.0 has been initiated. This enhanced version will utilize two Raspberry Pi units, one dedicated to NAS functionality and the other configured as a local DNS server to provide network-wide ad blocking capabilities. Version 2.0 will also be fully 3D printed as was the original. Some parts not shown as they are still in the printing process. I will post more specifics and updates on it along the way. Stay tuned!

As promised, my Raspberry Pi-powered NAS mini server is up and running like a champ! If I'm being picky, there are a couple small things I'd change if I built it again, but overall I'm very happy with it. Now all I need is to find a buyer for a spare kidney to upgrade the storage.
