There is a new “Type” of bank account, in the direct deposit setup. “Wire” is now available as an option. When you use this those payments are NOT included in the ACH file so you can manual do them with your bank, Then R-Click and advance them to the next statement and send remittance advices.

If you update your iE the Pay To column has been added to the Payments tab, (pic 1). You may need to RESET the printing options and choose which things you want to print on the report, (pic 2).

If you use the iE Mobile app on you smart phone double check that the settings are correct. In iE, open to the iE preferences, general tab. At the bottom it will say the URL you should use. Open the iE app on your phone and go to the settings for the app to compare it with. Making sure in the app settings it reads httpS.

You can now record a client's Covid 19 Vaccination Status in the vitals on their address record. This vital is also searchable in the skills and vitals search, (Projects submissions search).

We are closely following the Coronavirus and we are committed to the wellbeing of our staff, customers, and loved ones. We will continue to follow the guidelines provided by our state and federal government. At this time we are continuing operations from our homes. During this time of social distancing and with production being put on hold. It is a great time to cleanup your company’s database. Archiving and/or deleting old Addresses, Bookings, Projects, etc. This will increase the response time of iE when you do a search or look for.

Attention Mac Users - Do not upgrade your operating system to Catalina! iE is not 64 bit compatable yet. You should also thck your other programs to see if they are 64 bit compatable for Catalina OS.

People can check their apps and see which ones are 64 bit ready by:

Go to the Apple Menu > About this Mac > Click the System Report button.

In the System Report select applications on the left > then select an app from the list on the top and it will tell you if the program is 64 bit compatable.

Apple recently announced that they will be releasing a new MacOS this summer. This update will require all applications to be 64-bit. Though our application is currently 32-bit, we fully expect to have our 64-bit upgrade ready before the release of the new MacOS.

However, Apple may make a pre-release beta version available to download before the official release of the new OS. Do not download and install this beta version. We highly recommend calling us before upgrading so that we may alert you to any issues we have noticed and to let you know that everything is compatible and working properly. This will also give Apple time to make sure the upgrade is stabilized and there are no unforeseen issues.

With Pilot Season wrapping up soon it's a good time to clean out projects and help the database run faster.
Go to the Projects > List View.
1. Leave everything blank and click "Apply and Refresh".
2. Sort the results by the "Created Date Columns".
3. Select projects which are done by clicking on them or click and drag to select a few.
4. Click the "Archive" button at the top.
You can always restore a project if you need it again in the future.
