One thing people don’t talk about enough is how much of entrepreneurship is actually an inner game.
Most people think the biggest challenge is learning marketing, creating content or figuring out the right strategy.
But at some point, the real challenge becomes learning how to make decisions without constantly needing someone else to approve them.
The longer I’ve been in business, the more I’ve realized that confidence doesn’t come from having certainty.
It comes from making decisions, seeing what happens, adjusting, and trusting yourself enough to keep moving forward.
I’ve made plenty of decisions that didn’t work out.
I’ve launched things that weren’t perfect, tested ideas that failed and changed my mind more times than I can count.
But every single one of those moments taught me something valuable, and that’s how you build self-trust.
Not by getting everything right, but by proving to yourself that you’ll be okay even when you get things wrong.
I think that’s one of the most underrated skills you can develop, both in business and in life ❤️
What’s one decision you made recently that felt scary at first, but turned out to be the right one?
Love, Tina
