Happy Juneteenth! 💕

I can remember the excitement of a new month publication dropping on the doorstep, decorating my room walls with pulled pages, dreaming of one day working for a big publication (like Sanaa Lathan in Brown Sugar 😄, 🥰) , and wanting to get to the hair salon early enough where I could go through the catalog selections 😄. Black publications highlighting finance, education, beauty, wellness and fashion have been nurturing our souls for yeeears.

Today I want to THANK YOU - for the fun and safe space you created on pages that allowed us to be seen, heard, and celebrated!
