THE HOLIDAY COOKIE SWAP |

I told the internet to bring their best cookie. Nobody held back.

From butterscotch to gingerbread, cheesecake-flavored cookies to eggnog thumbprints…every single one was incredible. We tasted, we voted, we left with cookie boxes AND new friends. Damn we even tried out our first and it was worth every penny! 🙌

Let me just say it’s such a pleasure meeting new people that are just as down to get the shot! Cuz Mike went above and beyond to get these amazing shots 🤩

The concept here was to show how sometimes you have to thrive and flourish in spaces that normally don’t have the right tools and/or environment to grow and exist. He wrote a better caption on his IG but these pics were not possible without the help of & 🤗

I have never met someone so down to shoot than 😆 We pulled this photoshoot together and kept adapting and pivoting to make it happen lol and look at the magic we made thanks the help of 😘

Honestly it’s all about lighting in this series and chasing golden hour all the way til the sun went down to highlight just where Destinye was sitting and laying.

She woke me up at 6am.
She said she was gonna give me tones.

One of my earlier collabs this year was with my friend Ashley where we wanted to showcase the concept “April Showers bring May Flowers”. 🌻🌼🌸🌺🌾So she made this amazing Floral Parasol from scratch and taught Eileen and I about foraging for flowers and I wanted to capture that in this photo series.
