Before Unreal became the standard in production workflows… Brian Fisher and rigging programmer Tom Howard were already pushing it into real-world concert and cinematic lighting previsualization. Building custom PAR cans, vintage fixtures, gel packs, and virtual truss systems inside Unreal Engine to previsualize complex lighting environments before they ever hit the stage.

This wasn’t just previs anymore.
It was the beginning of virtual production meeting live lighting design.
