The vehicle is not the strategy. The market plan is. A national campaign can look consistent on a media plan and still feel generic in the places it is trying to reach.

Mobile tours solve for that when the stops are selected with intention: audience concentration, retail presence, sales opportunity, partner relationships, event calendars, market gaps, and regional priorities.

Then the core idea can adapt without losing its identity.

That flexibility is not a complication. It is often the difference between a campaign that merely arrives and one that feels like it belongs.

This is why we see mobile tours as a market-entry and market-momentum tool—not just experiential marketing.

We’ve put this thinking into a new guide: The Road Is the Message: Why Mobile Tours Work.

Digital creates visibility. Mobile tours create presence.

That distinction matters more than most marketing plans account for.

A digital campaign can put a message in front of the right audience. But when a brand shows up at a campus, retail center, festival, office, or neighborhood event, people can actually step into the story. They can try the product. Ask the question. Take the photo. Bring a colleague over. Remember what happened.

That is why mobile tours work when they are built as more than a vehicle and a stop schedule. They are an audience strategy, a content strategy, a local-market strategy, and if planned correctly, a measurement strategy.

We’ve put this thinking into a new guide: The Road Is the Message: Why Mobile Tours Work.

You don't get a 20-year client just by throwing good events. You get one by moving their numbers.

We just wrapped a two-week, two-level, 200-person training event for Best Buy. Camera associates from across the country flew in to shoot with the top photo and video brands, learn from some of the best photographers working today, and get their hands on the gear they sell every day.

The event is the easy part. What Best Buy is actually buying is what happens on the floor afterward: an associate who has shot with the camera can tell a customer why it's the right one — and a spec sheet never could. That's the difference between a browse and a basket.

Two decades of renewals says it works.

If your product lives on a retail floor and it isn't selling the way it should, we should talk. → bluepixelcreates.com

Meet Michael Atlan—a familiar face at Blue Pixel Creates whose dedication, drive and passion have helped shape our team for more than 15 years. Since joining BPC full-time in 2011, Mike has pursued every opportunity to grow, while creating unforgettable experiences and building lasting relationships along the way.

One of Mike's favorite memories is marrying his wife during a Blue Pixel Creates produced Sony event in Las Vegas. Planned in just six weeks and surrounded by family, friends, coworkers, and many photographers, it was an unforgettable moment that brought together his personal and professional worlds. Since then, Mike has become an expert in live-streaming and hybrid events and when he's not producing incredible experiences, you can find him behind the DJ booth as DJ Tiny Dancer.

Meet Jerryn, our newest Account Manager on the Client Services & Production team!

Originally from a small town in the Midwest, Jerryn eventually made his way to LA, where he spent years at Meta bringing large-scale experiential events to life. One of his favorite projects? An all-women’s employee conference that brought together more than 6,000 attendees. He also helped develop staff programs that set a new standard for how teams trained, connected and performed.

When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find Jerryn in the gym, behind a camera, locked into a playlist or finding the nearest dance floor. And when it’s time to slow down, he heads to the park with his two dogs, Cali and Helo.

We’re thrilled to have Jerryn bringing his experience, energy and creativity to the Blue Pixel Creates team. Welcome, Jerryn!

Meet Ellie O'Connell, one of our summer interns! Ellie is going into her third year at San Diego State majoring in Communication with a minor in Digital Marketing and Social Media.

“My time at Blue Pixel Creates has been an incredible opportunity to learn from a talented group and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. I've had the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects, including product reporting, social media content creation, and digital marketing. Through this all, I've gained hands-on experience tracking and analyzing event performance while developing a deeper understanding of experiential marketing. I've also had the chance to assist with multiple events, giving me valuable insight into the planning and ex*****on behind successful brand activations."

We were so happy to have Ellie as part of our team this summer!

Last week we had the opportunity to support on the launch of their new FX5 camera at IMAX HQ in Los Angeles.

The evening brought together a short film directed by , a behind-the-scenes documentary by , and a live-streamed experience reaching audiences beyond the room in real time.

What stood out wasn’t just the camera itself—but how much intention goes into creating an experience like this:
• Translating a technical product into a cinematic moment people can feel
• Designing a live event that works just as well in-room as it does online
• Balancing storytelling, production, and real-time broadcast without missing a beat

This is the kind of work we love doing at Blue Pixel Creates, where content, experience, and technology all intersect.

We're grateful to collaborate with Sony and an incredible group of creatives to bring it to life.
