Here's a partial list of the things I do to keep my clients happy:

• Email troubleshooting (Entourage and Outlook 2011-15 for Mac support, Microsoft 365 for both home and business, OS X Mail support. Thunderbird, Yahoo, Gmail, Google Pro email hosting resale and support, hosted exchange support, iPad email issues, iPhone email sync issues, etc.)

• Data Recovery for missing files using Data Resc

ue 4 and other tools from corrupt and/or unmountable drives.

• Wireless setup and troubleshooting (Airport and Time Capsule help, Linksys wireless device support, Sonicwall wireless device support, building extended WDS-style wireless networks, bridged wireless setups with router-based VPN capabilities, etc.)

• Mac and OS X support up to and including El Capitan OS X 10.11 troubleshooting (drive and volume repair, application installing/uninstalling/updating/repairing, drive defragmentation, data organization OS X reinstalls including complex data migrations and backup help, drive replacement, RAID support, graphic card installs, RAM installs, etc.)

• Calendar and Contact sync help (Google Pro, Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange account syncing, iPad and iPhone Calendar and Contact sync help, Outlook Calendar and Contact support, Yahoo Calendar help, etc)

• Network setup and Troubleshooting (DSL support, cable support, FIOS troubleshooting, help with modems, switches, routers, traffic bottleneck troubleshooting, VPN support, pulling fiber, running and punching down Cat-6 runs, stacking switches, designing networks from scratch, etc.)

• Server support (OS X Server all versions going back to Jaguar - Leopard certified - Open Directory support, Active Directory support, Netimage and Netboot experience including multicasting and Deploy Studio experience, print server support, iCal sync support, mobile accounts support, VPN, Mail server support including Postfix setup, Update Server setup, XSAN support, etc.) I work for families (many with limited means) all the way up to large corporations with enterprise needs. I get billed out through IT companies at $120-150 an hour. I'm able to offer the same services independently for $85 an hour. I have a two hour minimum and will travel anywhere in LA County. Travel time is not billed. References are available upon request.
