⚔️ What’s New in Title Update 1.0.8
Ubisoft's final major content patch focuses heavily on hardcore replayability and expanded gameplay features:
• Nightmare Difficulty Level: This changes the entire dynamic of the game by forcing you to read enemy attack animations instead of waiting for UI flashes.
• Enemies deal 1.8x damage.
• Parrying windows are strictly reduced.
• One-shot kill safety is completely disabled (a single headshot or powder keg means instant desynchronization).
• Ranged enemies shoot much more frequently.
• New Game Plus Mode: Replay the game carrying over your earned gear, ship plunders, and unlocks, ramping up in difficulty all the way up to NG+5.
• New "Eskeos" Currency: Earned via chests and challenges within the New Game Plus loop to buy exclusive high-end outfits and trinkets.
• Expanded Takedown Moves: Re-introduces classic, fluid combat finishing animations for the hidden blades, single swords, unarmed combat, and gunblades
