One of our nonprofit partners, Sammie’s Senior Dog Sanctuary, rescues senior dogs from euthanasia. 🫶🏽

Several dogs over the age of 7 are completely happy and healthy... yet are abandoned for their age.

The founders set out to change that. They like to say their sanctuary is where old dogs come to live again. 🐾

Their nonprofit is family run, but they have big goals to expand. They not only need funds, they need to build a community of advocates who care about the future of these animals.

After learning about Makua, they saw they could incentivize monthly donations while keeping everyone connected to their impact in a meaningful way... a subscription for impact! 🙌

They want to grow a community of people who truly care about the lives and well-being of senior dogs.

A couple of weeks into their Makua Community, they have 17 members and counting.

Their rescue updates are full of love and you truly feel plugged into the amazing work they're doing at their sanctuary.
