By the way, I changed my username. From organicbeautyofficial to organicsplendour. Is it a total bs or not? Let me know if it’s better. The previous one just seemed too long…. It’s been long since I posted last time… what’s new? I graduated! I got my first academic degree. And so now I will be focusing more on Instagram and other work. I might change the content here. Wanna be more niche and maybe focus on mental health more… although..I want to focus on health in general but it’s a broad subject ( what do you suggest? Hope you are having a nice day! And oh.. I am going back to my natural hair colour on Saturday! 😮 I have been redhead for 10 years and my natural hair is ashy blond. wish me luck 😀♥️

🥑The Keto Diet Wasn’t Originally Developed for Weight Loss
▫️In the 1920s, the Keto Diet was developed to treat epilepsy. Since then, it’s been used for medical treatments off and on, including for diabetes.
▫️ This Diet is Extra Low Carb Compared to Other Options
▫️For the keto diet to work, your body has to be deprived of carbs so that it will burn fat for fuel. That means this diet restricts you to 50 grams of carbs a day, which is less than most other low-carb diets.
▫️ Surprisingly, most fruits are too high in carbs to comply with this diet. Low sugar berries are acceptable, though.
▫️ The keto diet literally changes the way your metabolism works. This change is called ketosis.

▫️ This makes 4 servings of Keto Mocha Mousse. Each serving is 421 calories, 42g Fats, 6g Protein, 6g Net Carbs.
▫️INGREDIENTS
🧈For the cream cheese mixture: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 3 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons butter, softened 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract 1/3 cup granulated stevia erythritol blend* 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3 teaspoons instant coffee powder 🥣For the whipped cream mixture: 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream 1½ teaspoons granulated stevia erythritol blend *½ teaspoon vanilla extract
▫️DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Next, blend in the vanilla extract, sweetener, cocoa powder, and coffee powder until incorporated. Set aside.In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add sweetener and vanilla extract and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold 1/3 of the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture to lighten it. Be sure to not deflate the bubbles. Fold in the remaining 2/3 of the mixture until the whipped cream is evenly incorporated. Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate until set before serving (about 2 1/2 hours).
