This was being made on August 20th; yesterday but it took me ALL day to make so it’s being posted at almost 1AM on August 29th, 2026 🤦‍♀️

This is your 20th birthday beautiful girl and it means so much more than 20 years with you because when you were 3 years old we almost lost you and found out you had type one diabetes and that’s why it means so much more🙏❤️

I couldn’t even imagine any of these years without you our sweet girl. Since you were three you had to learn how to be so strong.💪

Mommy and daddy had to learn how to keep you healthy and safe by testing your sugar, counting carbs, adjusting highs and lows, and giving you insulin shots but YOU were the one who stayed so strong through all of it❤️

You’ve always been such a strong willed young lady and never took anything from anyone; I love that about you ❤️

I love that you’re like the weather; a little bit of everything but always true to who you are and won’t change for anyone❤️

A little bit of tomboy, ripped jeans, fishing, chasing snakes and frogs, and a lil’ attitude ❤️

A little bit of girly girl, dressy, fancy stylish clothes and out to dinner in heels ❤️

All wild, full of life and light; in love with the sun, moon, earth, ocean, stars and all that nature has to offer❤️

Not afraid to travel but not afraid to settle in one place either.

You may be twenty today but you’ve been there for me through a lot and we’re stronger than I was in some crazy scary car accidents; THREE of them! But you were so strong ❤️

Now you get a birthday gift that is so precious and special to find out that you’re going to have a baby of your own ❤️

This is not only happy birthday my sweet girl but congratulations too!! I’m excited to find out just how much he/she will be just like you; strong, charismatic, creative, beautiful, an energy like no other ❤️

Helping families discover meaningful travel while building opportunities for other families to experience healing through travel.

Sometimes we don’t see the whole puzzle until we have more pieces 🧩

It’s taken me years of teaching myself how to use social media, how to use apps to edit video footage for content, and to figure out what the entire plan is supposed to be.

I’ve always known I had to travel because I never liked staying in one place for long. I never realized though that road trips were going to be a part of my healing journey and I DEFINITELY never saw myself helping other trauma survivors to get some healing from travel too🦋

I now know that I am going to grow and I’ve begun to see a better vision of how I’m going to make it successful ❤️

Someone has definitely tried to give me
He🏒🏒 but I’m ready to make some S’mores!

If you’ve been here with me through the heat, you’re going to love and fully enjoy what I’m getting ready to serve up! ❤️

We’ve had no way to work due to being without a vehicle so this past week I’ve been working really hard reaching out to brands to collaborate for birthday gifts for Zivah on July 14th; that’s why I’ve been less active here.

Mending In Miles was halted after an accident a year ago set our family back and had us struggling ourselves.

After a year of working hard and trying to get our mission going again our transmission went in the van that replaced the van that was totaled.🤦‍♀️

WE ARE NOT GIVING UP‼️❣️

I have decided that I created Mending In Miles through my strengths and resilience! I can’t give up because there are trauma warriors out there who need mending hearts ❤️‍🩹

Instead of keeping Mending In Miles on hold I’ve made a decision and it’s a complete change from my usual way of doing things 🤔

I am documenting OUR struggle to get back on the road and move forward with our mission; Mending In Miles!❤️

I want to thank you so much for getting me to this place in my life where I found that purpose for me and my passion for traveling! If it weren’t for your constant support and belief in me, I probably wouldn’t have gained the confidence nor courage to come as far as I have 🙏

I need your support now more than EVER! I need to get the attention of some companies who want to be a part of this story too!! In order to do that I need at least 15 of my beautiful friends to be my Cheer Team!!📣🎉

NOT EDITED JUST MESSY REAL LIFE RAW BEHIND THE SCENES

Today I have to stay home and prepare for my procedures tomorrow. I’m not having my gallbladder out tomorrow because the surgeon is doing an endoscopy and colonoscopy first to examine what all will need to be done when she does remove the gallbladder.

I have a hernia that might need mesh. Everyone should have colon cancer screening after age 40 so you should get that done if you’re over 40 and ESPECIALLY if it runs in your family! Easier to treat when they catch it early ❤️

I’m not going to list everything but I just have a lot of tummy issues that I’m needing to hopefully eliminate ❤️‍🩹

I just wanted to share my day with you today so I’ll just be posting random things today.

Two tiers done… the third one is going up…
and it’s finally starting to look like something REAL 😭

What started as a simple idea in front of our deck (yes… the one we built with 🛠️) is turning into something so much bigger than we imagined.

This isn’t just a project…
