Music, maps, and mountain adventures.

FloydFest’s app brings the festival’s personality to life with bold branding, a custom illustrated map, and two ways to explore the schedule.

In a remote setting with limited cell service, downloaded information stays useful offline. When connected, timely alerts help fans keep up with weather updates, find performances, and discover more around the grounds.

The show you can’t miss. The food you have to try. The vendor worth a stop. ⭐

Grandstand’s favorites help guests turn “that looks fun” into a personal plan—right as they browse.

Save events, vendors, and individual menu items. Find favorites on the map. Set schedule reminders. Share those must-sees and must-tries with friends.

And behind every saved discovery? Valuable insight that helps organizers understand what has their guests’ attention.

See how it all connects, with examples from the Arizona State Fair app:

Your event. Their photos. 📸

Turn attendee snapshots into a shared event experience. Collect photos through scavenger hunts or forms and surveys, choose your favorites, and showcase them in your app. Optional website galleries and big-screen displays give those moments even more places to shine.

In-app galleries start with Gold. Form and survey photo uploads require Platinum. Web widgets and big-screen display options carry additional fees.

“When is goat yoga tomorrow?”
“Who’s playing at the main stage?”
“What events are tonight?”

Grandstand’s upgraded Home Search lets visitors ask questions naturally to find events, food, vendors, and locations. Clearer Top Matches help them spot the most relevant results quickly.

Available with Silver and higher through the home page’s slide-out search menu. Gold and higher can also place an embedded search box directly on the home page.

See it in action in The Big E and Kansas State Fair apps or read more about it here:

What’s getting attention in your app? 📊

Grandstand’s new Realtime Analytics shows activity from the last 30 minutes, including active users, first opens, and the pages visitors are exploring—even individual events and vendors.

Check activity after a push notification, follow interest in a promoted page, or see what visitors are browsing before the gates open.

Available with Platinum packages and higher under Analytics → Realtime.

Nearly 188,000 active users. More than 907,000 app visits. Just 12 days of the Minnesota State Fair! 🎡

And those numbers only cover the fair itself—not the days, weeks, and months of browsing and planning before opening day.

From discovering foods and saving favorites to finding events, exploring the map, and checking competition results, the Official MN State Fair App helped bring the fair experience together.

For the third-year in a row we’re proud to power the app behind so many fair-day plans!
