Next weekend at Des Moines Con, YOU (YES YOU! 🫵) will be put to the test… finals, that is!

For one weekend only, some of your favorite artists are becoming ✨professors✨ of the school subjects you loved (or dreaded!)

Complete a task at each booth to receive a grade on your report card, and a special ribbon once you pass each “exam”. Then, return to ’s booth for your LIMITED EDITION (ONLY 100 AVALIABLE!) GED RIBBON, proving that you have graduated from ’s institute of the arts!

Last year, I gave a teenager a Wooloo pin because they couldn’t have Pride merch and I wanted to give them something subtle. I told them to be themselves, and that it gets better.

Today, they came up to me at the same convention, and gave me fanart of both the pin I gave them, and my vtuber. They thanked me for helping them be confident in who they are. Said they were nervous to do something like this for a creator… ME. LITTLE OL ME WHO JUST MAKES MY SILLY ART. AHHHHH!!!

This is why we do it, folks. If one kid can find their voice because of me, then it’s all worth it!!!

J, you’re amazing. Never stop drawing. Always be yourself. You’ve made my whole year!! 😭😭💖
