I was recently commisioned to complete a logo design for a regional music festival. The original client supplied logo (left) needed the tent illustration vectorized along with a new type treatment. In all of my designs there needs to be a sense of harmony with all of the elements. In this case, the original design felt disjointed with the text hanging at the bottom. My solution was to give that "hand drawn" feel to the wordmark with a beautiful script font thus blending the two elements into one cohesive design. Badass logo eh?
