New idea! Missed call video messages.

Isn’t it annoying when you’ve been trying to reach someone, and they call you back at the one time you can’t talk to them—while you are on the other line speaking with someone else? That may be the only chance you have to speak with them, and now it may be missed. What if you had another option? Here’s a clip explaining the idea. Please share your thoughts.

Had another great post-conference chat with Kyle Draper about the best lead management practices. Should you send a video to new leads? Yes, just do it. Should you contact leads multiple times with a mix of video, email, and texts? Yes, just do it. The answer to all your lead management questions is always yes, just do it!

Don’t choose your comfort over getting better!

This is a great post-conference chat with Kyle Draper, where he retells a story of a client who overcame her comfort zone and posted a video of herself in the pool, even when she wasn't feeling her best. Despite the client initially framing the story in a negative light (as if it were going to be a horror story), the video worked and had a huge positive impact. Don’t worry about what others think; get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
