The other day on my morning walk, I was listening to one of my favorite podcasts, Content is Profit (by ).

They were interviewing a brand expert (Tiffany Neuman) who talked about how hard it can be to **just do the damn thing** sometimes.

This really resonated with me because I’ve often felt the same way.

Inspired by this, I wrote down a takeaway and it into a pic I took on my walk.

Here’s a little Florida inspiration for all you hustlers out there; may you put yourself out into the world with all your quirks and flaws.

✨ Endpapers are the secret sauce.

They’re often overlooked, but to me, they’re pure storytelling magic—like bonus pages for readers who notice the details.

I stumbled across this article from Smithsonian about classic children's book endpapers (hello, Blueberries for Sal and The World of Pooh) and it lit me up.

As a work-for-hire illustrator, I don’t always get the chance to create them—but when I do? Oh, you better believe I tuck in a few Easter eggs. 😉

If you’re an author or publisher planning a book: don’t skip the endpapers. They’re not just filler—they’re part of the experience.
