Public Notice – Kodiak Print Shop Transition

To Our Valued Customers and the Kodiak Community,

We would like to sincerely thank our customers and the Kodiak community for your continued support over the years. Your business and encouragement have made it possible for us to continue serving our community, and we are truly grateful.

Beginning August 10, 2026, Kodiak Print Shop will be temporarily closed for approximately two months as we complete an important transition to a new business model.

During this time, we will be relocating our operations and transitioning from a traditional retail storefront to a remote print production service. As part of this transition, Kodiak Print Shop will no longer operate from a physical storefront location.

When we reopen, customers will be able to place orders by phone or email, receive proofs electronically, and arrange for scheduled pickup or local delivery of completed orders.

This transition allows us to reduce operating costs while continuing to provide the quality printing and sign services our customers have come to expect. Our goal is to create a more sustainable business model that will allow us to continue serving the Kodiak community.

When operations resume, we will continue to offer many of our most popular products and services, including:

Business cards
Flyers and brochures
Large-format printing
Banners
Signs
Vinyl decals and graphics
Custom printing services

As previously announced, paper printing products such as business cards, flyers, postcards, and similar items will continue to be available with a $100 minimum order per job.

We understand this temporary closure may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. We will continue to post updates throughout the process and will announce our reopening date as soon as it is finalized.

If you have printing projects that need to be completed before August 10, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

We recently designed, cut and installed the vinyl for the trailer of Kodiak’s newest mobile Yamaha outboard maintenance and repair business, Warhorse Marine Services . 🛥️

Kodiak Print Shop is for sale but we are currently open Tuesdays and Fridays 8 a.m to 2 p.m.

In transitioning to a model which downsizes hours and services, we are implementing a minimum $100 order rate effective immediately as we shift our scope towards larger scale projects.

****We recommend you come into the shop during shop hours to follow-up on your calls/requests/emails.***** Please include specifics (including necessary timeline for your project) in your communication. We will be prioritizing projects based on size and scope. We appreciate your support!
