Started the day in Farragut near Fox Marina with a seller’s package for a couple making the move from Arizona and wrapped it up in Heiskell, Anderson County, helping with a vehicle title transaction! 🚗🏡✍️

One of my favorite parts of being a mobile notary is meeting new people, hearing their stories, and bringing a little convenience to their busy lives. Whether it’s real estate documents or a vehicle title, I love being able to meet people where they are and help them get things done!

🍁 Beautiful fall colors, a scenic drive, and another successful signing!

Today took Wisdom & Witness Notary Service to Lake City in Anderson County, Tennessee, for an evening refinance closing with a wonderful family!

One of my favorite parts of being a mobile notary is getting to meet great people while enjoying the beauty of East Tennessee. The fall colors certainly made today’s drive even better! 🍂

🏡 Friday, my wife and I were sitting on the other side of the closing table as we sold our house in LaFollette!

As a mobile notary and Notary Signing Agent, I’ve helped 120+ buyers and sellers through the final steps of their real estate transactions.

Being on the other side of the table gives you an even greater appreciation for everything that happens behind the scenes to get a transaction to the closing table. From the real estate agents (shoutout to our amazing realtor, Gary Harwell, from
Wallace Real Estate), lenders, and the title professionals coordinating documents, funds, and all the little details, there are many moving parts that make a successful closing possible.

A special thank you to Destiny Tice Hicks and the team at Genesis Real Estate Title for providing such a great closing experience! The communication, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. I know how much effort goes into making a closing feel easy for the client. It’s always a pleasure to see that level of care firsthand.

Sometimes, being a wedding officiant means answering a last-minute call, helping a couple say “I do,” 💍 and then hustling back home to get ready for your own kid’s birthday party! 🎉

When Adi and Aharon’s original officiant backed out, they needed someone to step in and help make their marriage official. While I hate that their original plans didn’t work out, I’m glad I got to meet them and that they could count on me to make sure their special day still happened!

You can probably tell from the picture, but these two were ready to get married! Dressed for the occasion, we met for their civil Sign & Go ceremony at the beautiful Northshore Park where they had the perfect backdrop for a fun photo shoot afterward. 📸❤️

How many couples have sat in the rocking chairs outside Cracker Barrel, dreaming of someday growing old together, rocking side by side on their own front porch? 💍

Well, today, this morning before the fog even had a chance to lift, those rocking chairs became a wedding venue!

I had the privilege of solemnizing the marriage a wonderful couple right there on the Cracker Barrel porch, and I’d like to think starting married life in those chairs is a pretty good omen for a lifetime of rocking together!

What made today even more special? They chose to get married on the groom’s parents’ wedding anniversary, and his parents are celebrating 33 years of marriage this year! ❤️ What a beautiful celebration of that success!

Congratulations to the newlyweds! Here’s to 33 years and many, many more! 🥂

With a stunning East Tennessee backdrop, I had the privilege of officiating an intimate wedding ceremony for Charli and Alan. Just two people, surrounded by those closest to them, celebrating their love in a setting that couldn’t have been more perfect.

A beautiful pre-sunset drive to Campbell County this morning for a 7 a.m. mortgage loan modification signing! 🌄🖊️

I met with a family of three in LaFollette to handle some time-sensitive mortgage documents. With one signer working as a traveling nurse and another on second shift, 7 a.m. today was what worked best for them...and that’s the point of mobile notary service!

Documents don’t always wait for business hours, and life certainly doesn’t happen 9 to 5. When the paperwork is time-sensitive, I do my best to make it happen on your schedule.

Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and everywhere in between. Happy to serve beautiful Campbell County and communities across East Tennessee!

This morning’s appointment: easement purchase paperwork. We met right in the driveway so we didn’t wake the family, and we had everything signed and notarized before anyone inside woke up!
