Another one back to life.

A customer brought in a desktop they were frustrated with how it was behaving. It kept locking up and then it went to system repair. A little troubleshooting and we found the software was corrupt. We copied data and pictures for customer and then reformatted the hard drive with a clean install of Windows 11. Copied data and pictures back to desktop and customer was very happy!

Total repair time: 2 hours. Total cost: a fraction of a new laptop.
