For five years, Sydney has brought creativity, thoughtfulness, and serious web and graphic design skills to everything she touches. From turning big ideas into beautiful websites to creating graphics that bring brands to life, she’s become an invaluable part of what makes Reach, Reach.

And considering she was interning as a middle schooler... we probably should’ve seen it coming. 😂

We’re celebrating 4 years of Aashna at Reach! 🧡🎉

For the past four years, Aashna has brought incredible creativity, expertise, and dedication to our web team. She has a talent for taking an idea and turning it into a digital experience that looks great, works beautifully, and makes an impact for our clients.

We’re lucky to have her talent and her willingness to trade pixels for cowboy boots every once in a while.

We're proud to see our CEO, Kelly, representing Reach alongside Experience Kissimmee, Florida, during last week's Hispanic Media FAM Tour. The day began with press interviews at Susana's Cafe before exploring the vibrant murals of Downtown Kissimmee with Osceola Arts and visiting Reunion Resort. It was a wonderful opportunity to share the stories, culture and experiences that make our community so special. 🧡

At Reach, learning goes beyond our day-to-day work. 🧡

Each month, one of our Reachers leads a Lunch and Learn, giving the team a peek into something they’re passionate about. And trust us, the topics are never boring. 🤪 We’ve learned the secrets to the perfect blowout, explored the world of Animal Crossing, reminisced about growing up in the boy band era, dove into astrology, uncovered the history of collages and even Morse code!

It's one of our favorite ways to learn something unexpected, connect beyond our roles and celebrate all the unique interests, talents and personalities that make our team Reach.

What better way to celebrate one of our own than watching her reach an incredible milestone! 🎓💙

We’re so proud of Mariacamila Espejo-Garcia, also known as MC on the team, for officially graduating from Leadership Osceola's Class of 2026!

Throughout the program, Mariacamila stepped outside of the office to learn more about the community we call home, build relationships with fellow leaders and give back alongside her classmates. Seeing her embrace every opportunity to learn, serve and grow made graduation day that much more special.

Earlier this month, our employees and their families gathered at Wild Florida Adventure Park for Family Day, where they enjoyed the Drive-thru Safari Park, explored their Alligator Park and spent quality time together making lasting memories.
