New read. I just started it, but it's a different start than the movie (I figured and hoped as much).
I remember finding the books based on movies at Walmart when I was younger and thought I found a movie hack.
The book would always drop a week before the movie release, so I'd get the book at $7-10 and save going to the movies.
I did this with a lot of the Marvel movies when they first started coming out.
I sped through Spider Man 1 and 2 when it came out.
One of the coolest details I remember is when Doc Oc got his chip fried in #2, he actually was hearing voices of the tentacles in his head when they were looking at him in a few scenes. They spoke to him like he was their father.
