Nothing better than a night celebrating small businesses in Kansas City.✨

This week we had the opportunity to host a booth at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Small Business Celebration Candidates’ Showcase at Union Station Kansas City. It was an exciting evening connecting with fellow nominees, meeting inspiring entrepreneurs, and building new relationships across the KC business community. We’re honored that Purpose Technology Group is among the companies in the running for 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿!

As the Founder & CEO of Purpose Technology Group, Stacy has spent 13 years shaping not just a company, but an entire culture of excellence in the tech industry. She's a recognized leader who's earned her seat at the table and then redesigned the whole table.

What makes her leadership style truly special?

She built PTG on a customer-first philosophy that's never wavered. But she also made it clear from day one: THE PEOPLE ON HER TEAM MATTER JUST AS MUCH! She invests in all of us — our careers, yes, but also our lives outside of work. That's rare. That's Stacy.

And when she's not leading strategy or championing her customers, she's giving back to the community in meaningful ways because for her, success has always come with responsibility.

Our Alumni Spotlight of the day is Etzaid Segura.

"I recently graduated with a degree in cybersecurity and am currently working at Purpose Technology Group. I'm focused on growing with the company, building my skills, and taking on more responsibility as I continue developing in the field.

Cristo Rey helped prepare me for life after graduation by teaching me responsibility. Balancing schoolwork with the work-study program made me accountable for my time, my deadlines, and the quality of my work. That sense of responsibility carried with me into college and helped me stay organized, disciplined, and ready for the challenges ahead.

Many of my fondest memories from Cristo Rey were joking around with my friends.
Whether it was between classes or after school, those moments always made the days better.

In the next few months, I'm really looking forward to growing in my role at Purpose Technology Group. I want to strengthen my skills and keep proving myself as a valuable part of the team. I'm excited to continue learning so I can keep moving forward in my career."

Fun Fact: Our Chief Happiness Officer has four legs. 🐾

Meet Sweeney Rose, hard at work in our new Crossroads office! Her responsibilities include: daydreaming out windows, quality-testing all nap spots, and keeping morale at an all-time high.

Sweeney's already daydreaming about all the epic events we'll be hosting in our super cool workshop space once we're fully moved in.

Judging by her window seat approval rating, we think she's pretty happy with the new space. Can't argue with the expert. ✨

So much fun creating these magical trees for incredible initiative! Our Rainbow & Unicorn and Mario Kart themed trees are just 2 of the 300+ trees being gathered to bring joy to kids spending Christmas at . 🎄

Huge kudos to Helping Hands KC for spreading holiday cheer where it matters most. Because every child deserves a little magic and fun during the holidays—whether that's racing through Rainbow Road or galloping through unicorn dreams! 🌈🦄🏎️
