The exhibits at the Punk Rock museum are pretty amazing, but don’t sleep on the sticker art in the men’s bathroom- it’s a visual feast! Chefs kiss to my favorite, the three eyed Piggly Wiggly mascot! 🤌🤘👊

Summertime in the sunny burg of Marinwood means it’s hot AF. That also means it’s beer weather, and what better time to sample the KidMarkie illustrated range of Ride On brews from L.A. based Golden Road Brewing? I created this set of 4 SoCal adventure themed illustrations, with art direction from the Super-Friends at Duncan Channon. Beach life, skate park, camping and pool party settings, combined with a trusty touring van and man’s best friend riding shotgun, completed the California scenarios. Summer may be winding down, so point that van westward and indulge in a Ride On.

Such a cool project: when the ask, inspiration and client all fit your life’s meandering capabilities journey! Such was the case with the illustration I created for Duncan Channon’s new downtown San Francisco office space. Featuring a centrally located bar, aptly named “Doom Spiral” after the numerous negative media takes predicting SF’s downfall, Doom Spiral is a playful middle finger, stake in the ground response. Featuring a 1970 GMC Muni bus plummeting to earth, coupled with a serious nod to the Beastie Boys 1986 Licensed to Ill album cover for inspiration, the final installation spans a 13 x 7 foot wall. Cheers to DC and SF!
