I’ve been buying diabetic supplies locally and nationwide for several years under the 803 Buy Backs name. This business started as a small local operation and grew through repeat sellers, referrals, and consistent, on-time payments.
I stepped away from this page for a period while testing other formats, but most of my long-term customers and successful transactions originally came from here. Because of that, I’m returning to this page to continue operating where people already know the name and the process.
At this time, 803 Buy Backs is focused strictly on diabetic supplies only. I am not buying phones or electronics right now.
I purchase unused, sealed diabetic supplies such as CGMs, pump supplies, and test strips. I do not sell medications or provide medical services.
My process is simple: clear quotes, local meetups when available, prepaid shipping when needed, and prompt payment once items are verified.
