The Plain Ask:
1. Ask everyone. Every patient, every visit.
2. Ask soon. A text about 2 hours after the visit, one reminder 2 days later.
3. Make it one tap. The direct review link, nothing else.
4. Reply to every review, kind or hard.

Never offer anything for a review, and never filter who gets asked.

Ask what your marketing did last month. If the answer is a shrug and a scroll through the feed, the problem isn't the marketing. It's that nobody wrote it down.

The process contrast:
Before: posts whenever someone finds a minute. After: posts every day on a set schedule.
Before: nobody checks a post first. After: every post is checked against the practice's rules before it's scheduled.
