A new XBOX Series X is $600 and a new PS5 is anywhere between $450 and $650!

Why replace it when you can repair it for MUCH less?

Fixed a couple of Xbox systems recently.

I also do computers! Desktops, towers, laptops. Software restores are only $50, cleaning the fans included (Windows 11 only for PCs).

Yes, I can restore MacBooks and iMacs, but I won't be able to remove an activation lock.

Part replacements? On any PC, I can replace anything if we can find the part for it. The fee will vary of course depending on the part.

MacBooks or iMacs are different animals. If you have one and need a part, let's chat and we'll see what we can do.

TV boards? Audio boards? I can do some board level work, including capacitors, HDMI ports, and coax jacks. Entire boards even.

I can even work on many appliances, but that would require special arrangements of course.

In short, there are few things in the above categories that I can't fix or can't easily figure out how to.

People have been asking me about Switch consoles lately, specifically the USB-C dock port on the bottom.

Can I replace it? Sure can. Happy to do so!

I originally planned $100 for that, but Switch consoles cost a lot less than XBOX or PS5 consoles; it just wasn't worth it to people.

So, I'll happily repair the dock port on your Nintendo Switch system for $75!

Yeah.... That's not right...

At least the first picture isn't.

That's what the HDMI port looked like on a PS5 Slim console I worked on today; very clearly broken.

The second picture is the same console after I replaced the HDMI port; worked perfectly!
