I love a Weekly Rhythm Tracker -- basically a way to set mini goals of things you want to do throughout the week. We all have things we WANT to do, but when it comes to actually doing them, we slack.

The Weekly Rhythm Tracker method has been a game changer.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The commitment and momentum is what separates dreamers from super-achievers. So, create momentum.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At the beginning of each week, write down the things to get done this week, and the goal of how many times to do them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Make it well-rounded. Add in a physical, mental, work related, relationship related, beauty related, whatever it may be. Write them down and check them off as you complete them throughout the week.

READ MIN 10 PAGES - 5x week
