LZT performs procurements, copier leases, software licenses and supports a strong student intern program as well. While we may be small , we think and perform like a LARGE business ! BACK TO SCHOOL. BACK TO SAFETY.

Back-to-school season isn't just for little ones. Students of all ages are heading back to classrooms, campuses, training programs, and new opportunities.

Whether you or your children are starting kindergarten, entering high school, moving onto a college campus, beginning a technical program, or returning to school as an adult learner, this season is a reminder that safety matters at every age.

Stay alert around schools, campuses, crosswalks, and bus stops.

Slow down and give pedestrians and cyclists plenty of space.
Put the phone away when driving or crossing the street.
Buckle up—every seat, every trip, every time.
Be especially aware during early-morning and evening commutes.
Look out for one another and stay aware of your surroundings.

As routines get busier and our roads and campuses become more crowded, a little extra patience and awareness can make a big difference.

Here's to new beginnings, new goals, and a safe and successful school year for students of every age! LZT believes that safety is a mindset, not a handbook.

As we celebrated our “Unforgettable Goodbye” MSOC party, we were reminded that the greatest part of every mission isn’t just the work we do—it’s the people who make it possible.

To every teammate transitioning to the next chapter under the new contract, thank you. Your dedication, professionalism, and commitment to mission success have helped shape LZ Technology, Inc. and supported some of our nation’s most important missions, and WE MADE HISTORY! Go Artemis!

We’ve shared challenges, celebrated milestones, built lasting friendships, and created memories that we’ll always cherish. While we’ll miss seeing many familiar faces, we’re excited to see all that you’ll accomplish in this next chapter.

The most defining moments don't create resilience. They reveal what preparation, perseverance, and teamwork have built over time.

When the world watches a rocket leave the launch pad, it sees a launch measured in minutes.

When a mission succeeds, history remembers the milestone.

What often goes unseen are the years of engineering, testing, simulations, problem-solving, contingency planning, and collaboration that made that moment possible.

I've always admired that about NASA and space operations.

The achievement is visible.

The preparation behind it is not.

The same holds true across mission-critical work. Whether supporting space operations, critical infrastructure, or complex technical programs, resilience isn't developed when challenges arise. It's demonstrated because teams have invested in preparation long before the mission begins.

The most important work often happens quietly, behind the scenes, where planning, discipline, and collaboration lay the foundation for mission success.
Resilience has a way of looking effortless from a distance.
