We have had the pleasure this year of working with 13 customers of BGR Packaging in the capacity of doing operational audits where we review their warehouse process and analyze the financial savings by adding automation or streamlining operations. On average we have found $1.4m in savings for the larger audits we have conducted. BGR is helping their customers optimize their operations by providing continuous improvement ideas.
