Your homepage is not about you.
I know that's hard to hear. You poured your heart into your business, your story, your "why." And all of that matters. But your homepage has one job: make a visitor feel like you understand their problem better than anyone else.
Most small business homepages lead with:
❌ "Welcome to [Company Name]"
❌ A paragraph about when you were founded
❌ A mission statement nobody asked for
Try this instead: rewrite your headline to answer the one question every visitor is silently asking: "What's in it for me?"
Less about you. More about them. That's the switch that changes everything.
