We help organizations configure their tools to support their Agile process and their end-to-end value stream. This may include integrations with other Application Lifecycle Management tools.

We offer tool automation packages for Jira Cloud based on our Kanban In a Kan (KIK) and Scrum Off the Shelf (SOS) solutions. These configurations enable Agile Teams to get up to speed faster and spend more time producing revenue-generating solutions for the organization.

Evolution not revolution

We implement both a top-down and bottom-up approach to affect change at all levels of the organization but recognize that the underlying culture of the organization may need to change and that takes time. We also recognize that implementing business agility is continuous and there is no end date. Success is measured by the organization’s ability to change quickly to meet the next challenge and the organization is “built to last”.

"A"gile vs. "a"gile

Like most companies you embarked on an Agile journey and you assumed that would make you agile. Organizations that believe they will become an “a”gile organization simply by implementing an “A”gile methodology are likely to be very disappointed in the resulting outcomes. “Big A” methods provide the foundation and the framework to becoming a “little a” organization, but real agility is not something that you can simply implement, it is something you continuously strive for. Ultimately, business agility is only achieved by the cultural adoption of a pragmatic “little a” philosophy.
