I've been so busy with creating lately, that I completely forgot to show off my new pieces! Fortunately, posted earlier today and reminded me.

Here's what's on the neck form these days, stacking up in preparation for GCE-PDX in a week and a half, and looking like an odd Mr. T cosplayer.. ;)

The other thing 's post reminded me of is that I need to make more octopus pieces! I can't believe it, but I don't have any in stock right now! I'll have to pull out my stash of octo-charms and get to work!

This is the cleanest this is ever going to be, so I figured I should share it for the record. I finally got my new workbench set up, with the help of my BF, and I'm having so much fun getting stuff put back into place. I still need to get or make myself a shelf to raise my little drawer units up off the table a bit, but that shouldn't be too complicated. I hope. This means that I will be getting back to jewelry making, and a bit of repair, in the next week or two.

I have been woefully MIA this past year and a half or so (my new job is very time intensive and has taken over my ADHD brain pretty effectively) and while I can't promise to be better in the future, I can promise to try ;)

What I really want to do is urge you to go check out Twobluefish Studio at their show this weekend in Troutdale, OR. I got to see them at Geek The Halls last week and got one of their new big zippy project bags (it's got pockets! and long handles!), and so far I'm loving it! It's just one of the new designs they've got on offer, so I highly recommend making the trip out to Troutdale to see them and a bunch of other local creators.
