Short version: the dramatic specifics (weapons-grade weight handover, 70% capability cap, IAIA inspections) are not in the public record. The actual story — U.S. export-control pressure forcing a Fable 5/Mythos 5 suspension — is a serious governance event on its own.
We don't need invented drama to take AI governance seriously.
