Business Operations Consultant helping service-based business owners who are busy, overwhelmed, and running on fumes stop bottlenecking their business so they can grow revenue through my Framework: Foundation + Identity + Systems + Strategy. Danielle Uhl is a Certified Coach, Business Mentor, and serial entrepreneur helping visionary, multipassionate women who look successful on the outside but feel exhausted, off, or quietly burning out on the inside. She guides them to (re)design their business so it honors their energy, aligns with who they are becoming, and allows them to unapologetically expand into their big vision. With a grounded presence and an intuitive gift for seeing what's beneath the surface and calling it forward, Danielle holds deeply safe, honest spaces where nothing about your human experience is "too much." Blending NLP, CBT, Human Design, and Enneagram tools with real-world business strategy, her coaching intentionally uncovers the true root of stress, overwhelm, and overwork, then simplifies your strategy and systems to fit how you best work. The result is a business that is profitable, sustainable, and deeply aligned with your life and bigger vision. Her work is for the woman who is done overcomplicating, overgiving, and overriding her own body in the name of success. Through Danielle's Business Activation Method — a fusion of Foundation + Identity + Strategy + Systems — clients do not just leave with a plan; they leave honoring their own power and knowing their exact next steps.

All along, I think this is what my soul needed.

Today, I witnessed:

An older couple sipping coffee, playing sudoku together on paper, simply enjoying each other.

A grown-ass women in full child’s play riding the waves, face down, in the ocean.

Followed by a dog, sitting in a chair at a table, wearing sunglasses nonetheless, waiting for his meal at an actual restaurant.

Real moments. Life happening.

My soul extracting itself away from a to-do list and constant thinking, planning, and desiring more.

Turns out, the more is happening while you’re waiting.

You have the answers within you - you’re just too distracted to hear it.

I spent the weekend on an at-home personal Retreat, ritualized with a full alter, meditations, journaling, reading, quiet, BEING.

No agenda. No expectation. Just intention.

This was everything I needed and everything I didn’t know I needed. I feel like me, inspired, clear, energized. I feel alive within myself and my own voice and intentions again.

We, too easily, get sucked in to the hustle, the noise, social media, our packed schedules, our growing to do lists, the day-to-day. We numb out and tune out our own voice.

Is how we’re actually spending our limited time actually what we truly want?
What are we ignoring?
What is your own voice calling you to do (or stop doing)?

You won’t find it stuck in your same habits and behaviors.

It arises when you slow way down, turn out all the noise, and sit in the quiet. When you tune within, and listen deeply - no judgement, no overthinking. Simply your own truth. Because it always knows - you know.

What are the challenges and questions on your heart?

Will you find the courage to slow down, sit with yourself, and listen? ✨

Managing EVERYTHING in 3 businesses while gone on a mini music gig tour 🎶

This weekend, I went from Aspen to Buena Visa to Liittleton for various music events. It was also the highest paying weekend I’ve ever had! 💰

I get asked all the time, how I manage everything.

Systems + Google Calendar + a lot of mindset work

To prep for this weekend, I had to plan ahead and be intentional with my week so that I felt good being able to step away for a 4-day weekend (of work lol). Which also meant, I needed to intentionally schedule in time-off where I could.

That meant, taking a Wednesday off, half Sunday, and the evening of Monday to take care of me. THIS is the most important thing I can schedule.

It also meant preparing my mindset to focus on being present, enjoying the gigs and time in the mountains, and letting go of the things on my to-do list that another part of me wants to get done.

Successfully running multiple businesses doesn’t look like consistency, repeatability, and structure. While you work to build those in, it also may look like busy or hustle seasons, rearranging priorities every week, record-breaking weekends and slow months, etc.

As a Multipassionate, your success and daily work will NOT look like anyone else’s. Many strategies that work for other’s won’t work for you.

But you KNOW you LOVE the work you do. You want to honor all of your multifaceted sides of you. And doing it all lights your soul on fire more than any job ever could.

Me too, beautiful.

Plus, for all my Multipassionate unicorns 🦄 out there, you don’t have to do it alone. I have resources for you! Message me and let me know what your wins and challenges are! ✉️

You can be Mulipassionate AND Successful!
I’m living proof! 👋
