OAV was proud to be both a dinner sponsor and the audiovisual provider for the 2026 Treetops Fall Charity Invitational at Treetops Resort. Our team provided AV for the reception and dinner at the convention center, along with our video wall outside the Treetops North Courses, helping carry the event experience from the course through the evening.

This event raises funds for scholarships that help Otsego County seniors take the next step toward their career dreams — making it an event we were glad to support both through our work and our sponsorship.

It’s more than providing AV. It’s understanding what an event needs, being ready for what comes next, and being part of what makes the experience possible.

A little fall color, pumpkins at the entrance, and plenty of events on the calendar. We’re proud to manage AV at Boyne Mountain Resort and be part of what’s happening here year-round.

The audience sees the experience. Our crew sees everything behind it.

At Traverse City Food & W**e, our video crew was behind the cameras capturing the live cooking demonstrations and events happening at the Main Stage.

Those live feeds were then shown on our Shenzhen INFiLED Electronics LED video boards throughout the event, helping guests stay connected to what was happening on stage—even when they weren't directly in front of it.

The technology makes that possible. The people behind it make it work.

For the Boyne Mountain Resort Hospitality Summit, we brought together dual projection, rear screens, a custom StretchShape backdrop, uplighting, and pipe and drape to create a clean, elevated production that transformed the room without overwhelming it.
