I find myself getting lost in the everyday chaos of life.

Today this was much needed.

Do you ever feel defeated? I do. And that's ok!

When I feel this way I just have to step back, take a deep breathe and look at my situation from a different angle.

Sometimes the answers you need are right there in front of you, you just have to look at it from a different perspective.

🤩Time to take a break from work and workout!
🤦🏼‍♀️ I have been slacking on self-care lately, so I decided today was the day that I take care of myself while the kids are still sleeping.
Then I have to get the big kid up for school (only 2 weeks left).
Throughout the day I will be photographing for our reload tonight!
